Challenges

The first step in creating this project was to develop the script and storyboard. We worked closely with the client to ensure that the story was engaging and relatable for young children. Once the script and storyboard were finalized, we began the process of creating the 3D models and characters.

We used Autodesk Maya for the modeling, rigging and animation. We then moved on to lighting and rendering, using global illumination and advanced rendering techniques to create a photorealistic look. After that, we used Adobe After Effects for compositing and post-production work.

Solution

The final product was a 3D animated short film that teaches children about different emotions and how to express them. The animation was well received by the client and received positive feedback from young audiences. The characters were praised for their expressiveness and the animation for its smoothness and attention to detail. The film was used as a part of the children's educational software and helped children learn in an engaging way.
