Challenges

Our approach for this project was to create a realistic and accurate representation of the proposed housing development. We used Autodesk 3ds Max to model the buildings and surroundings, paying close attention to the architectural details and materials.

Once the 3D models were complete, we used V-Ray to create photorealistic renderings of the development. Finally, we used Adobe Photoshop for post-production and compositing to add final touches and make the images look as realistic as possible.

Solution

The final product was a series of 3D architectural renderings that accurately represented the proposed housing development. The images were used in brochures and on the client's website to help potential buyers envision themselves living there. The client was extremely satisfied with the final result and reported an increase in interest in the development.
